Read moreJoin us at the Nottingham Healthy Child Conference, hosted by Nottingham City Council's Achieve Well Team, for a day filled with valuable insights and discussions on elevating outcomes for our children. Through engaging workshops and informative presentations, we will explore strategies for promoting physical and mental wellness in children. From nutrition and exercise to mental health support, we will cover a wide range of topics that are essential for ensuring our children's overall wellbeing. You'll also have the opportunity to network with like-minded individuals who share a passion for improving outcomes for children. Delegates will also have the opportunity to learn more about the Achieve Well Awards Programme for schools and other provision offered by the Team and the wider public health team. Last year we received lots of positive feedback from our first Healthy Child Conference. "Good luck with next year! You’ve set such a high bar!" we love a challenge and hopefully this years will be even better! One teacher declared it was the best conference they'd attended in their 15 years of teaching! What can you expect? Inspiring Keynote Speakers: Hear from local and national experts who will share insights, research, and practical approaches to integrating health and wellbeing into educational settings. Interactive Workshops: Participate in hands-on sessions that offer practical tools and techniques to implement in your school, focusing on creating a supportive and thriving environment for children. Marketplace: Discover a wide array of resources, programmes, and services in our marketplace, designed to support schools with enhancing student health and wellbeing. Who is the conference aimed at? Senior leaders, Personal Development Leads, PSHE Leads, Teachers from Nottingham City Schools and Education settings.
